Service Support Specialist Jr

Responsibilities

• Coordinate maintenance activities including dispatch and logistics to ensure continuous service availability for global operators.
• Handle customer orders through Ericsson System Intakes.
• Manage field technician workforce assignment, dispatching, and coordination for corrective and preventive maintenance.
• Support customer work orders and provide status updates on repair and restoration activities.
• Manage logistics topics such as RMA, material deliveries, and telecommunication device returns to vendors.

Requirements

• Degree in Telecommunications, IT, or a related field.
• Fluent English communication skills.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Basic programming skills.
• Strong teamwork, collaboration, and knowledge-sharing abilities.
• Ability to follow instructions and procedures while proposing process improvements.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in a Service Desk or Customer Service role.
