Service Support Specialist

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for service-related inquiries from customers, dealers, and service partners
• Manage service cases from initial contact through resolution and documentation
• Provide diagnostic direction and technical assistance to dealers and field personnel
• Review and authorize warranty, policy, and goodwill requests
• Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, and Production teams to resolve technical issues
• Support continuous improvement of service processes and documentation

Requirements

• Degree in Automotive, Diesel, or Electrical Technology preferred
• Experience in automotive, commercial vehicle, EV, or technical service operations
• Strong mechanical and electrical diagnostic aptitude
• Ability to interpret technical documentation, service manuals, and wiring diagrams
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and case management software
• Ability to travel as required for training and field investigations

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with warranty administration and service operations
• Bilingual capabilities
