Service Support Senior Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Manage Oracle ERP pricelists by identifying pricing gaps, preparing upload files, and executing data import programs.
• Coordinate with Inside Sales teams to resolve pricing availability and outstanding gaps.
• Perform Oracle item cost verification for spare parts, including checking frozen cost history and quantity on hand.
• Ensure cost data accuracy by reviewing item masters and contacting reference buyers when necessary.
• Support C1 system debugging by testing and validating new functionality and logic changes after system updates.
• Document system issues and resolutions to ensure process continuity and knowledge sharing.

Requirements

• Strong proficiency in Oracle ERP systems, including navigation, reporting, and data management.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, specifically with VLOOKUP, data comparison, and file formatting.
• High level of attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Ability to follow structured procedures independently and work within a matrix management environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with the Oracle Pricing Manager module.
• Experience with CPQ or configurator systems (such as C1 or Donna).
• Background in the service industry or spare parts management.
• Understanding of ERP data flows and master data management.
• Experience with system testing, validation procedures, and procurement workflows.
