About the role

Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality support to contracts administration and related processes
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently to meet quality and timeliness standards
  • Maintain and update designated databases and systems to ensure information accuracy
  • Monitor processes and deliver required reports in a timely manner
  • Provide accurate information and solutions to internal and external customers
  • Liaise with market units to clarify transaction details and ensure accuracy
  • Comply with defined procedures, standards, and agreed SLAs

Requirements

  • College graduate of any course
  • Strong administrative, analytical, and organizational skills
  • Excellent time management and ability to work with minimal supervision
  • Proficiency in computer systems and general computer literacy
  • Fluent English communication skills (written and verbal)
  • High attention to detail and a strong sense of ownership

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a service environment performing administrative functions
  • Comprehensive clerical or back-office experience
  • Knowledge of ERP systems, such as Oracle
  • Strong understanding of the service business model
