About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality support to contracts administration and related processes
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently to meet quality and timeliness standards
- Maintain and update designated databases and systems to ensure information accuracy
- Monitor processes and deliver required reports in a timely manner
- Provide accurate information and solutions to internal and external customers
- Liaise with market units to clarify transaction details and ensure accuracy
- Comply with defined procedures, standards, and agreed SLAs
Requirements
- College graduate of any course
- Strong administrative, analytical, and organizational skills
- Excellent time management and ability to work with minimal supervision
- Proficiency in computer systems and general computer literacy
- Fluent English communication skills (written and verbal)
- High attention to detail and a strong sense of ownership
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a service environment performing administrative functions
- Comprehensive clerical or back-office experience
- Knowledge of ERP systems, such as Oracle
- Strong understanding of the service business model
