About the role

Responsibilities

  • Prepare, create, and coordinate Time & Material (T&M) quotes for Customer Engineers and District Managers.
  • Maintain accurate T&M Quote documents and Service Authorization Forms in SharePoint.
  • Create service requests and tickets from approved quotes, ensuring accurate billing instructions and scope of work.
  • Perform detailed review and billing of completed service requests, including labor, travel, and materials.
  • Audit technician services to determine billability (contract-covered, warranty, etc.) and ensure proper documentation.
  • Validate revenue and cost recognition, identifying and correcting discrepancies in financial allocations.
  • Manage and update Install Base data to ensure consistency across downstream billing and revenue processes.
  • Investigate disputed invoices and coordinate with District Managers for resolution.
  • Maintain strong communicative relationships with internal teams and end-user customers.

Requirements

  • College graduate (Management, Business, or relevant fields preferred).
  • Knowledge of basic Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) processes.
  • Experience with PO and quotation processing.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access).
  • Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer resolution skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with minimum supervision.
