Service Support Coordinator I

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality administrative support for all service processes and transactions
• Ensure accuracy and timely updates of information within designated databases and systems
• Process transactions efficiently and effectively while adhering to established SLAs
• Monitor service processes and deliver required reports in a timely manner
• Provide accurate information to both internal and external customers
• Support various service functions including Spare Parts Sales, Warranty, and Customer Portals
• Contribute to continuous improvement in productivity and operational efficiency

Requirements

• College graduate of any course
• 1-3 years of related administrative or clerical experience
• Proficiency in computer systems and general office software
• Strong organizational, analytical, and time management skills
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and as part of a team
• Fluent written and verbal English communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in a service environment performing administrative functions
• Experience in supply chain, order management, purchasing, or logistics
• Knowledge of ERP systems such as Oracle or SAP
• Strong attention to detail and a sense of ownership over tasks
