About the role

Responsibilities

  • Ensure field employee safety and maintain high quality of service within the assigned territory
  • Plan, organize, and manage service field activities to meet customer needs and company standards
  • Manage the effective allocation of resources, including manpower and materials
  • Conduct field education and training for the workforce
  • Improve operational efficiencies by managing route schedules and callback rates
  • Provide technical support to field staff or redirect inquiries to appropriate experts
  • Authorize repair orders and track their completion

Requirements

  • High school education required; BA/BS degree preferred
  • 5+ years of relevant experience with a Bachelor's degree, or 7+ years of experience without a degree
  • Proven experience managing a team of technicians
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Proficiency with computer and technology tools
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel within the territory

  • Previous experience within the elevator industry
