Service Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Coordinate field service operations and manage site-based technicians
• Promote and maintain a safe, compliant work environment
• Oversee machine rebuilds, midlifes, PCR, and rock drill/component overhauls
• Supervise technicians to deliver exceptional service and customer support
• Build sustainable relationships with all stakeholders
• Identify and coordinate employee training, development, and apprentice program management
• Manage pre-delivery project coordination

Requirements

• Extensive multidisciplinary supervision experience within an OEM environment
• Relevant Trade Certificate
• Proven experience in planning and resource management
• Strong people management and leadership skills
• Excellent communication and report writing abilities
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Proficient computer literacy and ability to work under pressure
