About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead and inspire technicians by establishing and enforcing outstanding customer service standards
- Provide leadership and development opportunities through coaching, training, and communication
- Optimize workforce management to minimize labor variances and enhance productivity
- Determine staffing needs and manage hiring, counseling, and termination processes
- Guarantee accurate work orders and picking lists while managing WIP inventory and returns
Requirements
- Ability to drive process improvements and operational efficiency
- Exceptional communication and organizational skills
- Solid mechanical and mathematical aptitude
- Professionalism and integrity in customer communication
- 1-3 years of management or leadership experience preferred
- Valid driver’s license
