Service Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Manage the performance of commercial technicians by enforcing customer service standards
• Provide leadership, coaching, and training to develop staff for future advancement
• Manage workforce efficiency to minimize negative labor variants
• Determine staffing levels and ensure compliance with hiring and disciplinary policies
• Manage work orders, picking lists, and WIP inventory to minimize investment

Requirements

• 1-3 years of management or leadership experience
• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's Degree preferred
• Valid driver’s license
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Mechanical and mathematical aptitude
• Proven ability to implement process improvements
