About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage technician performance by enforcing customer service standards
- Provide leadership, coaching, and training to develop staff
- Manage workforce efficiency to minimize negative labor variants
- Determine staffing levels and ensure compliance with hiring and disciplinary policies
- Manage work orders, picking lists, and WIP inventory to minimize investment
Requirements
- 1-3 years of management or leadership experience
- Proven ability to implement process improvements
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Good mechanical and mathematical aptitude
- Valid driver’s license
