Service Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Manage technician performance by enforcing customer service standards
• Provide leadership, coaching, and training to develop staff
• Manage workforce efficiency to minimize negative labor variants
• Determine staffing levels and ensure compliance with hiring and disciplinary policies
• Manage work orders, picking lists, and WIP inventory to minimize investment

Requirements

• 1-3 years of management or leadership experience
• Proven ability to implement process improvements
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Good mechanical and mathematical aptitude
• Valid driver’s license
