Service Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Effectively manage the performance of technicians by establishing and enforcing customer service standards and expectations
• Provide leadership and development for staff through coaching, training, and communication
• Manage workforce efficiency to minimize negative labor variants
• Determine staffing levels and ensure compliance with hiring, counseling, and termination policies
• Ensure accurate work orders and picking lists for warehouse inventory management
• Manage WIP inventory and returns from job sites to minimize investment

Requirements

• 1-3 years of management or leadership experience
• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's Degree preferred
• Valid driver’s license
• Proven ability to implement process improvements
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Good mechanical and mathematical aptitude
• Ability to represent the company professionally to customers
