Responsibilities
- Oversee cooling tower service, preventative maintenance, and repairs
- Supervise, mentor, and train field technicians and crews
- Manage service materials, equipment rentals, and project schedules
- Interface with clients and ensure adherence to safety and quality standards
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in cooling tower services
- OSHA 10 and OSHA 30 certifications
- Valid Driver's License and TWIC card
Preferred Qualifications
- Rigging, forklift, and man-lift certification
- CPR and First Aid certification
- Knowledge of Windows-based applications
