Service Station Manager

Responsibilities

• Customer service and cashier duties at the service station
• Organizing fuel and kiosk product sales
• Supervising and maintaining the cleanliness of station facilities and yard areas
• Preparing reports and notices (e.g., inventory, reconciliations, equipment condition)
• Guiding and onboarding staff
• Collaborating with suppliers
• Following and developing safety and environmental instructions
• Supervising campaigns, displays, and sales
• Collecting and processing customer feedback

Requirements

• Fast and responsible work attitude with enthusiasm for customer service
• Experience in service station or retail sectors (advantageous, not mandatory)
• Ability to lead and motivate a team and organize busy days
• Basic IT skills (e.g., use of cash register and reporting systems)
• Good communication and problem-solving skills with a flexible attitude
• Fluent Finnish; other languages are an advantage
• Readiness to work evenings, weekends, and during holiday seasons
