About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide flexible support across all F&B service areas including the bar, breakfast, restaurant, and banquet & catering
- Ensure smooth F&B operations through efficient resource management and coordinated processes
- Prepare and serve beverages according to high service standards
- Respond dynamically to guest requests and unexpected challenges to ensure a seamless experience
- Collaborate closely with team members and other departments to promote guest satisfaction
Requirements
- Completed vocational training in service or at least 5 years of professional experience in the field
- Proficiency in German
- Hands-on mentality and proactive approach
- Passion for gastronomy and exceptional guest service
- Ability to find creative solutions and take responsibility for assigned tasks
- Reliability and ability to work in a demanding environment
- Openness to using digital tools and new systems
- Clear and effective communication skills
