About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage office facilities across the entire METRO Campus in Düsseldorf/Grafenberg
- Support hub services including cleaning and refilling coffee machines
- Load and unload dishwashers and organize tableware
- Independently collect catering orders from the company restaurant and deliver them to meeting rooms or event areas
- Perform occasional commercial tasks such as processing orders or delivery notes
Requirements
- Completed vocational training in service, gastronomy, or housekeeping (ideal)
- Practical experience in service or gastronomy
- Responsible handling of food and work materials
- Adherence to hygiene standards
- German language proficiency (B2 level)
- Friendly demeanor even in stressful situations
- Flexible availability between 06:00 and 15:00
