Service Specialist Technician I

Responsibilities

• Execute installation and commissioning of centrifugal compressed air compressors, communication systems, and accessories
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on equipment and associated systems
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and communication failures
• Prepare technical reports and ensure accurate recording of all completed activities
• Provide technical support to customers to ensure efficient problem resolution
• Collaborate with the sales team to provide technical support for identifying new opportunities

Requirements

• Technical degree in Mechanics, Electrical, Electromechanics, or related fields
• Proven experience in the maintenance of centrifugal type compressed air compressors
• Solid knowledge of communication and control systems applied to industrial equipment
• Ability to read and interpret electrical diagrams, mechanical diagrams, and technical manuals
• Experience in diagnosing and solving complex mechanical and electrical faults
• Valid driver's license and availability for frequent national travel
• Flexibility regarding working hours

Preferred Qualifications

• Technical training specifically in centrifugal compressor maintenance
• Manufacturer certifications for compressors or industrial equipment
• Knowledge of workplace safety standards and applicable NRs (e.g., NR-10, NR-12, NR-13, NR-35)
• Intermediate English skills for reading and interpreting technical documentation
