Service Specialist - SAP Integration

Responsibilities

• Design, define, and document integrated solutions that meet functional, technical, security, and performance requirements.
• Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for integration technologies, providing consultations to exterior and business teams.
• Lead the definition, design, and documentation of technical environments.
• Implement continuous improvement efforts and ensure established SLA and KPI metrics are met.
• Align technical solutions with the broader IT organization's vision and Enterprise Architecture strategies.
• Assist with project shaping arrangements and workload planning.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in an IT discipline preferred, or a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
• Expertise in SAP Process Orchestration (SAP PI/PO).
• Proficiency with SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) and Cloud Foundry.
• Hands-on experience with SAP Cloud Platform Integration.
