Service Specialist

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming and outbound calls to provide high-quality customer service.
• Process business transactions related to Builders Risk and JH Ferguson policies.
• Utilize company systems to enter transactions while maintaining production and quality standards.
• Ensure all inquiries and processing tasks are handled efficiently within established time frames.
• Educate agents on product offerings and coverage options.
• Participate in knowledge transfer through mentoring and on-the-job training.

Requirements

• High School diploma or GED.
• Minimum of 2 years of professional experience.
• General knowledge of the property and casualty insurance industry.
• Proven technical, computer, and internet usage skills.
• Ability to navigate business software and research tools independently.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
