Service Specialist

Responsibilities

• Assemble, disassemble, repair, and inspect Accelleron turbochargers and related products
• Perform service activities and technical analyses on-site (ships and stationary installations) or in the workshop
• Ensure high customer satisfaction by delivering quality service and maintaining strong client relationships
• Identify technical problems, propose corrective measures, and signal opportunities for product or process improvements
• Coordinate materials, parts, and tools required for service activities
• Prepare digital reports and documentation for customers using service modules and databases
• Adhere strictly to safety regulations and report any unsafe situations

Requirements

• Technical degree in mechanical engineering, automotive engineering, or a related field
• Technical knowledge of turbochargers
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office software
• Fluency in both Dutch and English (written and spoken)
• Valid Driving License B (License E is a plus)
• Ability to work independently and flexibly, including occasional international assignments
• Solution-oriented mindset with the ability to work under pressure
