Service Shop Technician

Responsibilities

• Perform technical maintenance, troubleshooting, and field service activities for water technology solutions.
• Safely operate DOT-regulated vehicles to transport materials and equipment.
• Execute proactive system troubleshooting involving mechanical, electrical, and diesel equipment.
• Conduct preventive maintenance and manage parts inventory.
• Interface directly with customers to address service needs and ensure safety compliance.
• Manage weight requirements and distribution during transport.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to obtain a CDL (Class A or B) with applicable endorsements.
• Ability to obtain a DOT Medical card and maintain a clean driving record.
• Ability to obtain required customer clearances, including TWIC and DISA.
• 0 to 2 years of technical work experience (1 year preferred).
• Ability to drive overnight, cross borders, and obtain a valid passport.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in industrial or commercial process water environments.
• 2 to 5 years of technical work experience.
• Industry-specific licenses.
