About the role

Responsibilities

  • Provide leadership to team members and demonstrate standard practices
  • Identify areas for improvement and implement changes
  • Coordinate work assignments and keep Shop OneNote updated
  • Ensure deadlines are met and determine appropriate staffing to meet customer needs
  • Accountable for achieving minimum billable shop hours
  • Communicate with customers about projects and provide performance reports
  • Communicate shop project status at companywide meetings
  • Provide departmental leadership in the Service Manager’s absence

Requirements

  • Strong electronic and mechanical skills
  • Decisive leadership and team player mindset
  • Strong computer skills
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to organize, prioritize, and maintain strong attention to detail
  • Full knowledge of Geoprobe® equipment and SAP data entry
