Service Secondary Engineer

Responsibilities

• Perform startups, maintenance, and emergency repairs for UPS systems, batteries, power distribution, and site monitoring equipment
• Coordinate and execute assigned projects and preventive maintenance to ensure high-quality service delivery on time and within budget
• Maintain a minimum of 90% planned maintenance completion rate
• Build and maintain excellent rapport with customers, sales teams, and distributors
• Report issues promptly to maintain accurate customer listings and support the service direction team

Requirements

• Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or an equivalent field
• Proven experience working in a technical service or test environment with electrical/electronic equipment
• Valid driving license
• Ability to travel to customer sites daily and work after-hours or weekends, sometimes at short notice

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with UPS systems or Power Electronics
• Previous field service experience
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively under pressure
