Service Sales Specialist

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of elevator units by maintaining strong working relationships with existing customers
• Serve as the primary contact for resolving customer inquiries and needs in a timely manner
• Develop repair and modernization sales through networking, bids, and tenders
• Create and execute sales strategies to achieve targets and ensure profitability
• Utilize sales tools to track opportunities, manage the pipeline, and forecast results
• Conduct sales negotiations, close deals, and ensure timely payments
• Collaborate with sales representatives and field colleagues to support customer success

Requirements

• High School diploma required
• Business or technical degree, or completion of technical training/administration, or minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience
• Experience in technical product sales involving customer consultation
• Access to a reliable vehicle
• Strong interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills (written and verbal)
• Target-focused mindset with the ability to work in a fast-paced, complex corporate environment
