About the role
Responsibilities
- Drive sales of products and systems within designated markets in accordance with company strategy
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships to understand needs and provide tailored solutions
- Identify and develop new sales opportunities to expand market presence
- Prepare detailed sales plans and perform regular status reviews to ensure targets are met
- Manage the full sales process, including communicating delivery times, payments, and general terms and conditions
- Ensure a positive customer experience by aligning Accelleron's offerings with specific client requirements
Requirements
- 5 years of experience in sales roles within the Marine industry, Shipping companies, Power Plants, or Engine builders
- Proven ability in value-based selling, negotiation, and effective communication
- Fluency in English (both written and spoken)
- Strong customer focus with the ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment
- Ability to manage operational tasks alongside core sales activities
