Service Sales Manager

Responsibilities

• Drive profitable aftermarket sales growth for GIW slurry pumps and related services
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with mining, aggregates, dredging, and industrial customers
• Promote service capabilities including inspections, field service, pump rebuilds, and maintenance programs
• Identify aftermarket opportunities within the GIW installed base through customer site visits
• Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to develop customer-focused solutions
• Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and manage an active sales pipeline within the CRM
• Support outage planning, shutdown activities, and emergency service requirements
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new growth opportunities

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in technical sales, field service, or engineering within mining, aggregates, or heavy industrial environments
• Strong understanding of slurry pump applications, hydraulics, and wear components
• Proven ability to build customer relationships and identify service opportunities
• Ability to travel domestically approximately 30–50% of the time
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and maintenance documentation

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related technical field
• Direct experience with slurry transport systems or mining equipment
