Service Sales Manager

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute regional sales strategies to increase revenue and market share for KSB SupremeServ products and services
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing customers while pursuing new business opportunities
• Promote value-driven service solutions to end users in mining, power, water, and industrial markets
• Manage the full sales cycle, including preparing quotations, negotiating pricing, and commercial terms
• Provide technical guidance and troubleshooting assistance related to pumps and rotating equipment
• Maintain accurate sales forecasts, opportunity pipelines, and customer records using CRM platforms
• Collaborate with engineering, operations, and field service teams to ensure successful project execution

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical sales, service sales, or account management
• Experience with pumps, slurry pumps, rotating equipment, or related industrial systems
• Proficiency with CRM platforms and Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to travel approximately 60% within the Southeast US region
• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to customers

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Civil, or Industrial Engineering (or a related technical discipline)
• Experience supporting mining, power generation, water, or industrial processing markets
• Spanish language proficiency
