Service Sales Manager – Food System Services

Responsibilities

• Identify, qualify, and develop service sales opportunities within the installed base for niche and customized equipment.
• Drive growth for service products including service agreements, spare parts, audits, upgrades, retrofits, and digital offerings.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision makers, plant managers, and technical stakeholders.
• Provide technical and application support to customers and internal sales teams to recommend optimized service solutions.
• Define and prepare service proposals, including scope, pricing, and commercial terms.
• Manage service agreement renewals and track all activities through CRM systems.
• Collaborate with Capital Sales, Engineering, and Service Operations teams to integrate lifecycle service philosophy into new projects.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify emerging service opportunities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Chemical, Electrical, or Instrumentation Engineering.
• 6 to 10 years of experience in Service Sales, Technical Sales, Application Engineering, or Aftermarket Business.
• Proven experience in Food, Beverage, Brewery, Dairy, Pharmaceutical, Biotech, or Edible Oil industries.
• Willingness to travel extensively across customer locations in India.
• Strong proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA or equivalent business qualification.
• Experience with complex engineered systems such as High-Speed Separators, Automation & Control Systems, or Heat Transfer Equipment.
