Service Sales Engineer

Responsibilities

• Manage the sales of technical service products and maintain customer relationships within the assigned region.
• Drive sales growth by identifying potential customers and mining new demands.
• Oversee the full sales lifecycle, including data analysis, solution formulation, contract signing, and project execution.
• Ensure successful project delivery and manage payment collection to achieve sales targets.
• Improve customer satisfaction and service revenue through effective relationship management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above in a Science or Engineering major (e.g., Electrical Engineering, Power Electronics, Automation, Energy and Power Engineering, or related fields).
• Understanding of basic industrial product principles to provide technical service solutions.
• Strong sense of responsibility, proactivity, and teamwork skills.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and coordination abilities.
• Ability to handle pressure and maintain a strong customer service mindset.
• Willingness to travel approximately 75% of the time.
