Service Sales Engineer

Responsibilities

• Support the commercial area during the pre-sales stage regarding product selection, technical characteristics, and cost structuring.
• Assist the operations area with the verification and structured transition of new booked projects by managing necessary technical documentation.
• Interact with factories to define the scope of standard and viable products based on local commercial needs.
• Verify local cost estimates and re-estimates to ensure compliance with sales margins.
• Manage and facilitate plans and other technical-commercial information required by the operations area for installation.
• Create technical inputs such as final plans and specifications for the sales team.
• Provide direct technical responses to customer inquiries and request support for site visits or complex non-standard projects.

Requirements

• Degree or student in Electrical, Electronic, Mechanical, or Civil Engineering, or Architecture.
• At least 1 year of experience in similar technical-commercial roles.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and BIM.
• Intermediate to Advanced English skills.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical plans and diagrams.
• Interest in technical products and new technologies.
