Service Sales Engineer

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with end users, providing technical and commercial support across the Hägglunds service portfolio
• Identify and develop opportunities for upgrades, retrofits, modernisations, spare parts, and service agreements
• Drive business growth across key mining customers in the Pilbara and broader Western Australian regions
• Provide technical advice and develop service proposals to improve customer reliability and operational performance
• Prepare technical and commercial quotations, negotiate service agreements, and support tender submissions
• Collaborate with Service, Quality, and Engineering teams to support project execution and commissioning
• Analyse market trends and install base opportunities to support future growth strategies
• Maintain sales forecasts and represent the business at customer meetings and industry events

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in aftermarket sales, service sales, or technical account management
• Strong experience within mining, heavy industry, hydraulics, or drive systems
• Technical understanding of hydraulic systems, industrial drives, or rotating equipment
• Trade qualification, Engineering Diploma/Degree, or equivalent industry experience
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM/sales systems
• Current driver’s licence and willingness to travel regularly throughout Western Australia
