Service Sales Consultant

Responsibilities

• Manage the service sales portfolio for the VIC team
• Negotiate with existing contracted customers to maintain and grow accounts
• Prepare and submit professional tenders and contract negotiations
• Identify market opportunities to promote Schindler services and build a strong sales pipeline
• Collaborate with Operations teams to ensure high-level customer service delivery

Requirements

• Proven experience in a sales or account management role
• A track record of delivering consistent, outstanding sales performance
• Experience selling services to property management companies, strata corporations, or building owners
• Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to influence key industry experts
• Excellent time management and planning skills
