About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage the service sales portfolio and build a pipeline to meet business development targets
- Negotiate with existing contracted customers to maintain and grow accounts
- Prepare and submit professional tenders and manage contract negotiations
- Identify market opportunities to promote Schindler services and ensure high levels of customer service
Requirements
- Previous experience in a sales or account management role
- Proven track record of delivering consistent performance and maintaining a strong sales pipeline
- Experience selling services to property management companies, strata corporations, or building owners
- Excellent relationship-building skills with the ability to influence key industry stakeholders
- Strong time management and planning capabilities
