About the Company

Sofive is the home of 5-a-side soccer, providing easy access to high-quality, all-season soccer centers. We are a growing startup developing state-of-the-art modern sport complexes with small-sided soccer fields.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-level customer service and hospitality during all operating hours, including weekends and holidays
• Handle inquiries and bookings using computerized systems
• Adhere to cash and stock reconciliation procedures
• Maintain product knowledge for all soccer and retail operations
• Provide administrative and clerical support for the management team
• Uphold the aesthetic, atmosphere, and culture of the facility

Requirements

• Passion and knowledge about the soccer industry
• Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Availability to work weekends, holidays, and some evening shifts
• Positive, professional demeanor

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with point-of-sale (POS) systems
• Prior retail experience
