Service Relationship Manager

Responsibilities

• Deliver service inquiries to Wealth Asia clients regarding banking products and processes
• Manage and execute client transactions for business and individual banking and credit card products
• Take ownership of client investigations, including statement reporting and pricing inquiries, collaborating with middle office teams for resolution
• Coordinate account maintenance such as address changes, account status updates, and fee waivers
• Proactively arrange client visits and perform service quality check-in calls
• Identify and document new business opportunities for referral to bankers or product specialists
• Ensure all transactions and processes adhere to audit, compliance, and banking policy standards

Requirements

• 0-2 years of relevant experience in a professional setting
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Strong organizational and time management skills to prioritize needs for banker teams and clients
• Proven problem-solving and data analysis skills with high attention to detail
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Experience in a client-facing role
• Knowledge of investments, banking, and credit products
