About the role

Responsibilities

  • Schedule engineers for ongoing jobs in coordination with technical lead engineers
  • Manage part ordering, expediting, and logistics support
  • Handle customer interaction regarding order execution via verbal and written communication
  • Escalate billing and costing issues to management for resolution
  • Support engineering documentation including timesheets, expenses, and reports
  • Manage billing, invoicing, service time tracking, and revenue forecasting

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a related field (preferred)
  • 5+ years of experience in technical work support
  • Demonstrated understanding of profit business principles and time and material jobs
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in SAP and Salesforce preferred
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States
