About the role
Responsibilities
- Schedule engineers for ongoing jobs in coordination with technical lead engineers
- Manage part ordering, expediting, and logistics support
- Handle customer interaction regarding order execution via verbal and written communication
- Escalate billing and costing issues to management for resolution
- Support engineering documentation including timesheets, expenses, and reports
- Manage billing, invoicing, service time tracking, and revenue forecasting
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a related field (preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in technical work support
- Demonstrated understanding of profit business principles and time and material jobs
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in SAP and Salesforce preferred
- Legal authorization to work in the United States
