Service Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact between end clients and internal technical, financial, and commercial departments
• Lead client follow-up meetings and ensure proactive communication regarding needs or incidents
• Coordinate service deliveries with external partners, suppliers, and service providers
• Guarantee project adherence to deadlines, costs, and quality standards (On-Time, On-Cost, On-Quality)
• Manage administrative contract tracking, including price revisions and deadline extensions
• Oversee project finances, including purchase orders, monthly invoicing, and debt recovery
• Produce and distribute activity reports to clients and end users

Requirements

• French nationality is required
• Eligibility for security clearance by recognized authorities
• Proven experience in service project management, ideally within the telecommunications or defense sectors
• Strong financial management skills and experience with order tracking
• Familiarity with the environment and codes of military organizations
• Technical proficiency in programming tools such as VBA, SQL, or Shell
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a demanding environment
• Willingness to travel within France and abroad to meet clients
