Service Project Engineer

Responsibilities

• Plan and schedule small service projects, including scope, financials, risk management, and HSE requirements.
• Execute and control projects by tracking progress, resource utilization, invoicing, costs, and cash flow.
• Manage contracts, claims, and procurement in coordination with Supply Chain Management.
• Serve as the primary customer contact and escalation point to build strong stakeholder relationships.
• Ensure all project activities comply with company health, safety, environmental, and integrity policies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
• 0–2 years of experience in project management related to high-voltage substation installation, commissioning, or services.
• Proven leadership and team management skills.
• Solid understanding of safety protocols, operational methods, and quality assurance in field service environments.
• Proficiency in both Thai and English.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and client relationship-building abilities.
