Service Professional

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and support a range of services including security, internet, home automation, TV, and home phone
• Act as a frontline sales champion by identifying and recommending products that increase customer value
• Provide on-site technical support and educate customers on both new and existing products
• Drive revenue growth through consultative, solutions-based selling during service visits
• Manage physically demanding tasks including climbing ladders, bending, crawling in confined spaces, and working in various environments

Requirements

• Proven experience in both customer service and sales
• Valid Class 5 Driver's License (or provincial equivalent) with a clean driver's abstract
• Completion of a minimum of Grade 11 Math
• Strong technical aptitude and passion for consumer electronics
• Ability to lift, climb, and perform physically demanding manual labor
• Flexibility to work various shifts including days, evenings, weekends, and statutory holidays

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience or education in telecommunications or security systems
• Proficiency in additional languages
