About the role
Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and support a range of services including security, internet, home automation, TV, and home phone
- Act as a frontline sales champion by identifying and recommending products that increase customer value
- Provide exceptional face-to-face customer service and technical support within customer homes
- Educate customers on new and existing products to drive revenue growth and satisfaction
- Handle physically demanding tasks including climbing ladders, bending, and working in confined spaces
Requirements
- Proven experience in both customer service and sales
- Valid Class 5 Driver's License (or provincial equivalent) with a clean driver's abstract
- Minimum of Grade 11 Math completed (transcripts/diplomas required)
- Strong technical aptitude and passion for consumer electronics
- Ability to work flexible shifts including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience or education in telecommunications or security industries
- Ability to speak additional languages
