Service Professional

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and support a range of services including security, internet, home automation, TV, and home phone
• Act as a frontline sales champion by identifying and recommending products that increase customer value
• Provide exceptional face-to-face customer service and technical support within customer homes
• Educate customers on new and existing products to drive revenue growth and satisfaction
• Handle physically demanding tasks including climbing ladders, bending, and working in confined spaces

Requirements

• Proven experience in both customer service and sales
• Valid Class 5 Driver's License (or provincial equivalent) with a clean driver's abstract
• Minimum of Grade 11 Math completed (transcripts/diplomas required)
• Strong technical aptitude and passion for consumer electronics
• Ability to work flexible shifts including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience or education in telecommunications or security industries
• Ability to speak additional languages
