About the role
Responsibilities
- Act as a personal contact person for patients in elective care services
- Ensure a friendly, professional, and service-oriented appearance
- Handle patient intake and individual care, such as menu inquiries and small requests
- Support food and beverage supply and service activities on the ward
- Collaborate closely with nursing, kitchen, cleaning, and administration staff
Requirements
- Completed vocational training as a hotel specialist (Hotelfachfrau/-mann)
- Strong service orientation and professional appearance
- High level of communication skills, discretion, and empathy
- Willingness to work shifts (early/late shifts, no night shifts) and on weekends
