About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the client's Service Portfolio to ensure offerings reflect customer needs and align with program objectives
- Analyze service usage and performance data to make portfolio-level decisions
- Oversee the lifecycle management process for services from conception to retirement
- Work with technical teams to evaluate, prioritize, and define service offerings
- Collaborate with business analysis and customer success teams to align the portfolio with organizational goals
- Develop and maintain service-related strategy documentation
- Implement portfolio management tools and stay current with ITSM best practices
Requirements
- 8 years of experience managing IT/service portfolios and catalogs in a technical enterprise
- Active Secret, Top Secret, TS/SCI, or TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance
- Strong organizational and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Data Science, Information Systems, IT, or Software Engineering
- DoD 8140 Certification
- Professional certifications such as CCISO, CISM, CISSO, CISSP, FITSP-A, FITSP-M, GCSA, GFACT, or GSLC
- Completion of Cyber 101 or IT Investment/Portfolio Manager training
