Service Planner

Responsibilities

• Plan service activities, maintenance interventions, and spare parts orders based on Service Engineer input
• Coordinate the availability of necessary equipment, materials, and spare parts
• Manage purchase requests and procurement/transfer activities to ensure project timelines are met
• Interface with Purchasing, Expediting, Logistics, Quality, and EHS departments
• Monitor activity progress and manage critical issues or delays
• Support Service Engineers in replanning activities through proactive monitoring of operational and logistical issues
• Contribute to spare parts warehouse management and continuous process improvement

Requirements

• Technical diploma or Degree in Management Engineering
• 2 to 5 years of professional experience in a similar role
• English language proficiency (B2 level)
• Basic knowledge of planning logic
• Strong organizational and scheduling skills
• Excellent problem-solving and prioritization abilities
