Service Planner

Responsibilities

• Manage incoming service requests in a timely, efficient, and effective manner
• Plan, prioritize, assign, and monitor all open requests for technicians
• Ensure prompt delivery of service to meet contractual terms and conditions
• Maintain effective and timely communication with technicians to obtain regular progress updates for outstanding work

Requirements

• Professional proficiency in the English language
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to write, speak, listen, and present information effectively and persuasively
• Strong organizational acumen and the ability to multitask
• A strong sense of urgency when performing daily tasks
• Willingness to work in shifts and on weekends (primarily supporting US working hours between 13:00 - 07:00 CET)
