Service Planner

Responsibilities

• Plan daily activities of service technicians efficiently and cost-effectively
• Assess requirements for malfunctions and repairs including time, materials, and competencies
• Coordinate technicians and resources while adhering to contract agreements and labor laws
• Record planning, malfunctions, and follow-ups in the system
• Coordinate with Maintenance & Installation colleagues
• Monitor technician hour registrations and signal deviations
• Arrange access permits, parking permits, and GDPR documentation for projects
• Inform and advise customers regarding scheduling
• Comply with safety, quality, and environmental guidelines

Requirements

• MBO 3/4 working and thinking level
• 2–5 years of experience in personnel planning within a technical and customer-oriented environment
• Ability to oversee multiple processes simultaneously and remain calm under pressure
• Demonstrable knowledge of maintenance specifications, IT systems, and internal processes
• Strong communication, planning, accuracy, and service-oriented skills
