Service Outfitter

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers during service check-ins and walk-ins
• Proactively recommend relevant upgrades, add-ons, and accessories to enhance the RV lifestyle
• Accurately quote prices and book service appointments
• Keep customers informed on their unit’s progress and any new service opportunities
• Maintain timely and professional communication throughout the customer journey
• Use CRM and scheduling tools to track leads, appointments, and service outcomes
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets for service-related accessories and upgrades

Requirements

• Experience in retail or service sales (automotive, powersports, or outdoor gear experience is a plus)
• Strong communication and persuasion skills with a consultative approach
• Ability to work Saturdays
• Ability to pass a background check and drug test
• Highly motivated by commissions and performance-based pay
