About the role
Responsibilities
- Respond promptly and professionally to all incoming service calls with a customer-first mindset
- Assist Service Consultants and Customer Advisors with customer interactions to ensure seamless experiences
- Schedule service appointments and provide accurate routing of calls and inquiries
- Manage repair requests by coordinating appointments and performing reminder calls
- Contact customers regarding the arrival of special-order parts
- Maintain compliance by auditing sublet invoices, loaner logs, and dealer tags
- Follow Environmental, Health and Safety (EH&S) requirements to maintain a clean work area
Requirements
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on outstanding customer service
- Exceptional telephone etiquette and active listening abilities
- Proficiency in data entry and record-keeping with intermediate computer and spreadsheet skills
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
Benefits
- Competitive hourly rate ranging from $15.50 - $24.40
