About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day leadership and direct management of Service Account Coordinators and Field Service Administrative Support staff
- Lead, coach, and develop team members to drive accountability for performance and service execution quality
- Oversee end-to-end service administration workflows including service request lifecycle, scheduling, and billing support
- Manage key operational performance metrics such as cycle time, scheduling efficiency, and billing accuracy
- Serve as the functional lead for Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) Field Service to drive system adoption and automation
- Partner with Field Service, Sales, and Supply Chain teams to align priorities and support service execution
- Identify and implement process improvements to reduce manual work and enhance scalability
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in service operations, customer service, or field service support
- Experience with ERP and service management systems, specifically Microsoft Dynamics 365 Field Service
- Ability to interpret data in Excel
- High School Diploma or GED required (Bachelor’s degree preferred)
- Demonstrated ability to manage team performance and cross-functional coordination

- Previous leadership or supervisory experience
- Experience driving operational efficiency and process improvement
