Service Operations Specialist

Responsibilities

• Arrange and coordinate return shipments for defective units to ensure smooth logistics.
• Respond to customer inquiries regarding return requests and provide clear guidance.
• Support customers in completing return forms and compiling required documentation.
• Manage the end-to-end paid repair process, including quotations, collection, and coordination.
• Monitor repair progress and maintain proactive communication with customers.
• Coordinate transportation with third-party repair providers and manage shipping documentation.
• Act as the primary communication bridge between customers, logistics providers, and repair partners.

Requirements

• Solid experience in after-sales service, service operations, or logistics coordination.
• Hands-on experience with RMA processes, return management, or repair workflows.
• Proficiency in both German and English at a C1 level.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines.
• Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM or ticketing systems.
• Experience with SAP or similar ERP tools is a plus.
