Service Operations Specialist

Responsibilities

• Deliver professional customer service by managing daily inquiries and service requests via phone and email
• Prepare high-standard sales and service documentation, including quotations, service contracts, and tender documents
• Coordinate closely with the service team to ensure timely information delivery and case follow-up
• Manage SAP system inputs, service job coordination, and verification
• Handle customer purchase orders and payment follow-ups
• Perform additional administrative tasks and assist with ad-hoc projects as assigned

Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience in a client service operations role (experience in medical device or healthcare markets is a plus)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including lookup and pivot table functions
• Fluency in both Cantonese and English
• Strong organizational, prioritization, and attention to detail skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with internal and external stakeholders
• Proactive problem-solving mindset with the ability to work independently and in a team

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience working with SAP systems
